When you use our website inquiry form, we collect your name, business email address, inquiry subject and message, and any company information you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, security codes, or sensitive credentials. Information you send through other established business channels may also be received and handled to respond to your request.

Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile spam protection. Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses, request-related data, and signals needed to verify a form submission. Our website form also uses technical controls to limit abusive submissions.

At initial launch, Optogy does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels, or conversion-tracking services, including Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Ads conversion tracking. Cloudflare may still process technical information necessary to host, operate, and secure the website; this is distinct from visitor analytics reporting. If Optogy introduces visitor analytics later, we will review and update this notice as appropriate.

How we use information

We use information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, and follow up on potential projects. Technical information may be used to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website.

Website inquiries

The website inquiry form is intended for business inquiries and project discussions, not customer support ticket submission. Inquiries are delivered to authorized Optogy team members through our business email service. We use an email delivery provider (Resend) to send these notifications and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form. Existing clients should continue using the support channels already provided to them.

Sharing information

Optogy does not share website inquiry information with outside marketing, lead-generation, or advertising partners for their independent marketing purposes.

Providers supporting website hosting, security verification, transactional email delivery, and business email may process information as necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect legitimate rights.

Our website may link to external support tools, account portals, training resources, or vendor websites. These third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain business inquiry communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We periodically review information and delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, recognizing that no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
